Jared was born outside of Cincinnati and has called Central Florida home for over 20 years. He has his real estate license, vast knowledge and experience in property management, and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Rollins College. He spends his spare time with his wife and is a Lego enthusiast.
Andy Bersach
Owner
Andy was born in South Florida and has lived in the Central Florida area for over 20 years. He is licensed in Real Estate and has over 10 years of experience in the property management industry. He spends his free time with his family and friends and has a passion for tennis and football.
Leland Johnson
Property Manager
Leland has been licensed in real estate for almost 20 years now. He is our most experienced property manager and has been with our office for 10 years. He is a loyal fan of the Orlando City Lions and spends much of his free time hanging out at the beach with his family.
William “Bill” Psychoyos
Property Manager
Bill was a former real estate attorney in New York and Connecticut. Bill has been with the company for 6 years and has a loyal base of owners whose properties he has managed for many years. He spends his spare time with his family and enjoys hiking and fishing.
Loammi Alicea
Property Manager
Loammi was born in New Jersey, having moved to sunny Florida 10 years ago. She began her career journey as a licensed real estate professional 7 years ago. She has extensive knowledge of real estate contracts both on the buying and selling side and is currently our Office Manager. She enjoys all things Disney and popping into the newest restaurant opening in the great Orlando area! Ask her about a place to go out and eat anytime!
