Owners will receive more money faster. AppFolio allows us to make some major changes to how rent payments are handled:
Residents now have multiple options to pay rent electronically with no additional fees. All bank fees have been removed from residents’ payments through our portal. Additionally, residents who traditionally pay by money order can now make payments at any 7-11 store. Making it easier (and cheaper) to pay rent will improve on time payments.
Rents will be disbursed faster. AppFolio uses a different method for disbursing funds to property owners. With our current provider we were subject to the policy of a huge intermediary bank. Real Property Management Orlando now be able to work directly with our own local bank right here in town.
