Here at RPM South Orlando we implement certain initiatives that set us above our competitors. One of these initiatives is videotaping all of our properties. Before a new tenant moves in, we take a condition video of the property. We do this for the following reasons:
- Insurance – In case there is a flood, fire, tornado, or any other natural phenomenon, we want to have a record of what the property looked like pre-disaster.
- Disputes – If a dispute arises over the property’s condition between the homeowners and tenants, we can use the video as a reference point of the pre-move-in condition.
- Appliances – We document all of the appliances and their serial and model numbers to insure that there are no missing or switched out appliances upon move-out.
This is just another special service we provide here at RPM South Orlando.
